Standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days and is free on orders over $45. Shipping times may vary for custom or personalized orders.
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on unused, unpersonalized items. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us at hello@missautumnsplace.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Custom and personalized orders are made to your specifications. Please review your customization details carefully before submitting — once production begins on a custom item, it generally cannot be canceled or altered.
